RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns  

 If you would like to return a product contact us at foxandhoundwatches@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and reason for return.  This must be completed within 10 days of the purchase with the product in unworn, unused condition.  The product must include the undamaged packaging with stickers, and other packaging content.

 Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer any returns or refunds for 'sale' items at the moment.  We also do not offer refunds on sizing issues (as we are an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizing of the watches and accessories prior to purchasing online).

All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.

 

Product returns WILL BE considered if;

1. The product is damaged or in poor condition when the customer receives the product.

2. The product is no longer in working order due to the product malfunctioning within the 1 year warranty period. (Not at the fault of the customer)

3. Customer 'changes mind' or the watch is the incorrect size. The customer will incur a 20% restocking fee. All images and product description are accurate and truthful. Therefore, it is the customers responsibility to carefully check all watch specifications before purchasing.

 

Due to Fox & Hound being an online retailer, certain returns will not be accepted.  A return will NOT be considered if;

1. The product has been damaged by the customer

2. The product was used beyond the watches usage capabilities (It is the customers responsibility to check the product specifications on the Fox & Hound website).

 

Once we receive the returned product we will assess the condition.  If the product is within the return policy requirements we will grant the customer a store credit or refund dependent on the situation.

International customers may be required to pay the return shipping costs dependent on situation. For domestic customers (Australia), the return shipping costs will be incurred by Fox & Hound.
